Tuesdays:  

Fit Over 50 9:00am

Fun Class for ages 50+ for all fitness levels.  Includes Cardio, Circuit Strength Training and Stretching.

30 Minute Abs/Core Blast 6:00pm

A 30 minute class focused solely on working abs/core with mat and free weight exercises. 

Thursdays:

HIIT Cardio 6:00pm

High Intensity interval training with mostly body weight exercises.  This one will make you sweat!

Saturdays:

Kettlebell Fit Camp 8:00am

Fun mix of cardio and strength training!
